Student Accessibility Services (SAS)
(formerly Learning Assistance Centre)
Student Accessibility Services coordinates services and facilitates reasonable academic accommodations for students with disabilities. Academic accommodations are provided on the basis of documentation of a disability.
The staff of SAS are committed to working collaboratively with students, faculty and staff in developing strategies that will provide equal access while maintaining the academic standards and integrity of the University. All students must meet the essential learning outcomes for a course or program of study.
It is the responsibility of students to make arrangements for our services.
Students are welcomed and encouraged to drop in during our office hours. Appointments are required for many of our services.
We are located in SC0003 (tunnel level of the Student Centre)
